All Austral items are custom made to order. While production timelines vary throughout the year, you can usually expect delivery approx. 7 weeks from the date of purchase.  If you have questions about current timelines, please email info@worldtriathlonstore.com prior to ordering.

For all orders your shipping charges cover the cost of freight. The items on this store are already within the EU and will ship from Spain.

In some cases import duties or taxes which may be charged by customs. There may also be carrier brokerage fees associated with importing goods into the destination country. You are liable for any additional charges. There can be no refunds relating to misunderstandings on these charges.
